Olivia's undeniable tenacious attitude, southern charm, and optimistic spirit has helped pave her path to success. Olivia has become a true go-getter in every aspect of her life.

As a first generation college student, Olivia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a focus in business organization from the University of Kentucky. During her time there, she pursued an interest in sports broadcasting and marketing through an internship with the UK Athletics Department- working closely with the gymnastics and football programs. Olivia made the big move to Florida in 2021 and became an Agent with The Blankenship Group. She quickly noticed the impact that social media had on her business and decided to leverage the two. This led to her taking on the role as the team's Digital Media Strategist in addition to her Luxury Real Estate sales. 

As one of the Brokerages youngest agents, Olivia's strong will to succeed resulted in a multimillion dollar sales production during her first year and she knows this is only the beginning. Now with BG Media, Olivia leans into her passion for sports, real estate, and the creative marketing behind building a brand.
