Beau Blankenship is a business owner, luxury real estate advisor, and investor. In 2018, Beau started his brokerage, The Blankenship Group, with the top luxury real estate brokerage, Engel & Völkers. Since then, he has cleared nearly two billion dollars in personal sales volume and expanded his brokerage from just four advisors to more than 96 in 2022. This has helped him earn the top spot at Engel & Völkers– he is the #1 producing agent at the company which consists of over 1,000 international locations in more than 30 countries. 

With grit, determination, and a sharp sense for business and real estate investing, Beau grew his brokerage sales from $235 million in 2019 to over a billion in sales in just three years. At the same time, he also successfully built and sold two other separate business ventures.

Today, Beau continues to lead sales at Engel & Völkers, a leading real estate brokerage for luxury properties all over the world. He is ranked #1 in the 30A market for personal sales and is recognized as the #1 agent globally for Engel and Völkers. He also continues to pursue his personal entrepreneurial goals and works to create business opportunities for student-athletes because he knows how challenging the transition to a career after college athletics can be.
